Terms of Service
Last updated 29 October 2026
These terms apply when you use vyranco.com or hire Vyranco (“we”, “us”) for SEO and related services. If we agree a written proposal or contract with you, that document applies alongside these terms, and if the two conflict, the written document wins.
1. Our services
We provide SEO, AI search visibility (GEO), content, link building and related services, as described on this website. The exact scope, price and timing of any work are agreed with you in writing before we start, including for our fixed-price two-week Sprint.
2. Monthly plans and ending work
Monthly plans run month to month unless we agree a longer term in writing. Either of us can end a monthly plan by giving written notice, and we’ll agree the notice period when we set up your plan. Work done up to the end date remains payable.
3. No guarantees on results
Search engines and AI tools such as Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity are run by third parties, and we don’t control them. We don’t guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations, leads or revenue, or that any result will arrive by a particular date.
What we commit to is the agreed work, clear communication, and honest reporting on what changed.
4. What we need from you
- Access to your website and to tools we need, such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Accurate information about your business, and timely approvals.
- Confirmation that you have the right to give us the access and content you provide.
- A backup of your website before we make changes. You’re responsible for your own backups.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are agreed before work starts and quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). Unless we say otherwise, quoted fees exclude GST, which we add where it applies. Invoices are payable by the date shown on the invoice.
Third-party costs, such as software or paid placements, are only charged if we’ve agreed them with you first.
6. Ownership and your results
Once you’ve paid for it, you own the content we write for you and the links we earn for your site. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, processes and know-how, and you may use the reports and documents we give you for your own business.
We won’t name you publicly or share your results without your permission.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver the services, unless the law requires us to disclose it.
8. Using this website and the AI chat
- Please don’t misuse the website, try to break or overload it, or copy its content without our permission.
- The “Uzair’s AI” chat is an automated assistant. It gives general information, can make mistakes, and isn’t professional advice, a quote or an offer.
- Please don’t share confidential information in the chat. For decisions about your business, book a call.
9. Third-party services and links
This website links to, and relies on, third-party services such as Google, Calendly and WhatsApp. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for them.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:
- we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or business opportunities; and
- our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service the claim relates to.
Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, we limit it to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you’re an existing client, we’ll tell you about any material change.
