Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Vyranco (“we”, “us”) collects through vyranco.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Australian privacy law, including the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, where they apply to us.

1. Who we are

Vyranco is an SEO agency that helps businesses get found on Google and in AI search. We serve Australian businesses remotely, and the founder is Muhammad Uzair. You can reach us at grow@vyranco.com.

2. What we collect

  • Details you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website address, and anything you tell us when you email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call.
  • Booking details: when you book a call, the calendar is provided by Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address and any answers you give, and passes them to us.
  • Chat messages: if you use the “Uzair’s AI” chat, we receive the messages you type (see the chat section below).
  • Usage data: through Google Analytics, we collect which pages you view, which buttons and links you click (such as our audit, WhatsApp and email links), how you found us, your approximate location (city and country), and your device and browser type.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider records basic request details, such as your IP address and browser type, so the site can load and stay secure.

We don’t ask for payment details, passwords or sensitive information through this website.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiries and run audit and strategy calls.
  • To scope, deliver and report on our services.
  • To understand which pages and buttons work, and improve the website and our content.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We don’t sell your personal information.

4. The Uzair’s AI chat

Uzair’s AI is an automated assistant. The messages you type are sent to our AI provider, DeepSeek, which generates the replies. DeepSeek processes that data on its own servers, which may be outside Australia, including in China, under its own privacy policy.

Our website doesn’t store your chat conversations. Please don’t share confidential, financial or personal information in the chat. For anything sensitive, book a call or email us instead.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4. It sets cookies (small files) in your browser to tell visitors apart and measure how the site is used. Google Analytics 4 is designed not to log or store full IP addresses. Calendly’s booking calendar, when it loads on our contact page, may also set cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the booking calendar, from working properly.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run the website and our services, or where the law requires it. The service providers we use are:

  • Google, for website analytics.
  • Calendly, for booking calls.
  • DeepSeek, for the AI chat.
  • Vercel, for website hosting.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.

Many of these providers are based in, or store data in, countries outside Australia, including the United States and China. This means your information may be handled outside Australia. We try to choose providers that have their own privacy and security commitments.

7. Security and how long we keep it

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, such as using reputable providers and limiting who can access it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise absolute security.

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to respond to you, deliver our services and meet our legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics settings.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing grow@vyranco.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us and we’ll try to put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
